Hard luck to our Minor Camogie girls tonight.
They gave it absolutely everything and left it all on the pitch, just coming up short in the end. We saw some brilliant saves and tireless work from the back line, with midfield battling hard to send ball after ball into our forward line — who never stopped fighting to the final whistle.
We had plenty of chances that just didn’t fall our way tonight — on another day, it could have been a very different story.
A huge round of applause to this young team for a fantastic campaign. You did your club proud and gave it one hell of a shot.
