Dear All,
We are aware some members may have experienced issues purchasing stand tickets in particular:
- not able to purchase seats side by side
- purchasing more than their allocation
- not able to access their tickets
This is an issue created by Ticketmaster and is out of our control. Clare County Board/Croke Park are aware of the issues and are in the process of trying to resolve.
For those that have already purchased their tickets, these tickets are valid and cannot be changed/reissued.
For those that have not yet purchased their tickets or were unable to access their tickets, the existing links and codes have now been cancelled and we are awaiting a reissuing of new ticket codes and links.
Before that happens, Croke Park/County Board are compiling a report of exactly who purchased tickets and how many and what codes were used/not used.
For those that may have accidentally purchased more than their allocation, we ask that you please make contact with the club to return tickets to the appropriate members.
Once we have received all of the relevant information, we will be in touch with members with details of how to access their tickets.
The new codes/links once received, will go live on Ticketmaster from 1pm on Monday 15th and will be taken back at 11am on Wednesday 17th.
Please be patient as we await further updates.
Is mise le meas,
