As our friend, team mate and honorary life member, Liam Walsh is taken to his final place of rest tomorrow, we invite club members to form a guard of honour from the church past Liam’s beloved GAA grounds and on to the graveyard. Please assemble outside the church from 12:30pm wearing club colours.

The Walsh family has requested that Liam’s close friends at Smith O’Briens have the honour of shouldering his coffin from Rory Scanlan’s house to the graveyard entrance.

We stand united tomorrow in saying a sad farewell to Liam and honouring his dedication to and love of our club.
